• Assist members with loan origination, account opening/closing, product questions and problem resolution; advise suitable products.
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Work directly with underwriting to guide members through the lending process.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities for credit union products that fit members’ needs.
• Accurately maintain member account information.

Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; limited Saturday 9:00 am‑1:00 pm on a rotating basis. Overtime may be required occasionally, but work‑life balance is valued. This is not a work‑from‑home position.

• 1–3 years of related experience
• A two‑year college degree or applicable specialized training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Professional, courteous, and friendly attitude toward members and co‑workers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
