The RoleWe're seeking an Investment Sales Associate to build relationships with nonprofit organizations, foundations, and educational institutions. You'll work with boards, investment committees, and executive leadership to introduce institutional investment solutions designed for tax-exempt entity structures, endowment management, and mission-aligned capital strategies.
What You'll Do- Develop relationships with nonprofit boards, foundation trustees, and executive directors across Texas
- Educate leadership on investment strategies tailored to tax-exempt structures, fiduciary responsibilities, and endowment sustainability
- Analyze organizational financials and mission objectives to position solutions that balance growth, preservation, and distribution requirements
- Guide implementation from initial consultation through documentation, compliance, and ongoing portfolio stewardship
- Ensure adherence to IRS regulations, UPMIFA compliance, and SEC/FINRA requirements specific to nonprofit investing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Licensing required:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 65 - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with nonprofit leadership
- Understanding of nonprofit governance, tax-exempt status, or endowment management preferred
- Track record of success in institutional sales or business development
- Entrepreneurial approach to market development and client acquisition
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa or FISA sponsorship available
