Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time Financial Services Professional role based in Frisco, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. In this position, you will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, explain available products and services, and develop customized financial and retirement plans. You will analyze client financial information, assess needs for income protection and family security, and recommend appropriate strategies and solutions.
Daily activities include following up with clients, preparing proposals and reports, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high level of service. The role also involves ongoing education on financial products, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance.
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs and design effective strategies.
- Experience or knowledge in Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long‑term financial security.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
- Background or interest in Financial Services, including familiarity with common products and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Relevant education (such as a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional licenses or certifications (e.g., state insurance licenses, FINRA registrations, CFP or other designations) are preferred or willingness to obtain them.
- Demonstrated integrity, client‑focused mindset, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
