The Lending Assistant at First Commonwealth Bank supports Mortgage Loan Originators in delivering a smooth borrower loan experience. They coordinate with borrowers to assemble complete loan files, guide them through the process, and ensure all loan conditions are met for full approval.
They manage third‑party service scheduling to keep closings on track, order HOI, and handle post‑closing needs with Secondary, Underwriting, and borrowers. Telecommuting may be possible.
