The Financial Analyst & Client Service Specialist will support client service, investment analysis, financial planning, and operational excellence as an important member of Wales Wealth Management Group.

This position supports the firm's wealth management, investment analysis, portfolio administration, and financial planning activities. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytically minded, highly organized, and enjoys problem solving, working with financial data, and maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy. Successful candidates possess a proactive mindset and demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, dependability, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

They are comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends and correlations, tracking progress and outcomes, and operating independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational, analytical, and technical support to financial advisors.
  • Process and oversee investment trades, account transactions, transfers, distributions, and other client service requests.
  • Conduct investment and market research to support portfolio reviews, investment recommendations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare performance reports, investment analyses, and advisor meeting materials.
  • Gather and organize client financial planning data and assist in preparing financial planning analyses.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with advisors, clients, home office personnel, and third-party professionals to facilitate timely completion of client requests.
  • Protect client confidentiality and sensitive financial information.

Required Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Financial Planning, or a related field.
  • Strong academic achievement and demonstrated interest in financial markets, investing, and wealth management.
  • Series 7 and 63/66 registrations and Life & Health Insurance licenses are preferred, but not required.
  • New hires will be expected to obtain all required licenses within the first 120 days of employment, with licensing and examination costs covered by the firm.

  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an in-office position.
