Position Overview
As a Loan Support Analyst Sr within PNC's Participated Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA;
Brecksville, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Houston, TX;
Kalamazoo, MI; or East Brunswick, NJ. This role is responsible for servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity. You will process loan advances, apply payments, complete rollovers and conversions, and resolve past‑due balances and over payments. The position also includes reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Experience in Commercial Loan Operations.
- Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing.
- Experience with ACBS and CLASS/Commercial Lending Servicing Portal (CLSP) preferred.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Execute varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures for loan servicing.
- Reconcile and review transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Partner with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
- Identify and resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately.
- Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad‑hoc requests.
- Review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to service levels and applicable policies.
- Assist with training/coaching of new hires and serve as a subject‑matter resource for the team.

- University or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. Approved remote work requires a quiet, secure, and confidential home‑based workspace. Occasional in‑office participation may be required based on business needs.
Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $41,250.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
