Position: Financial Performance Advisor Hybrid Role
Location: Quebec

This position at iA focuses on enhancing financial strategy and profitability. You will support the Investments teams through developing management dashboards, participating in financial forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators. Your efforts will drive process improvements and inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize financial dashboards using Power BI and Excel

• Participate in financial forecasting and update expense projections

• Help budget teams consolidate data for reporting

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators

• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum three years in FP&A or financial analysis

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI

• Proficient in French for collaboration

• CPA designation preferred or in progress
