In our Product Controlling team, you will support the development and financial management of our pioneering business fields Autonomous Driving (AD), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and Transport-as-a-Service (TaaS). You will work closely with international stakeholders and management, contributing significantly to building sustainable business models for the mobility of the future.

• You will take over the financial management and the development of new business fields in the areas of Autonomous Driving, MaaS, and TaaS.
• You will lead strategic financial projects of international relevance.
• You will develop sound business cases and conduct economic analyses.
• You will model and evaluate complex scenarios as a basis for strategic decisions.
• You will create decision-relevant documents for the board and management.
• You will drive digitalization initiatives in controlling and continuously develop existing processes.

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in strategic and operational controlling or in a comparable finance-related environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data and figures.
• Technical understanding and the ability to systematically understand complex interrelations.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2) in speech and writing.
• Independent working style, high motivation, and a strong team spirit.
• Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany, especially between our locations in Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, and Wolfsburg.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Interest in AI technologies and their application in the corporate context.
• Experience in agile working environments and/or the tech industry.
