In this remote role, you will focus on wealth management and investment services h 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, you will interact with customers to understand their financial goals and advise them on investment products. Your passion for helping Canadians invest smarter and your ability to manage customer inquiries will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers through onboarding of new accounts
• Deliver outstanding investment advice over phone
• Address inquiries on Mutual Fund and Term investments
• Build meaningful relationships with customers
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
• Strong understanding of market trends and products
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bilingualism is a strong asset (French and English)
