  • Initiate and create innovative solutions within an Athora‑wide context and oversee their implementation and compliance; be a driving force behind process improvement and inspire others.
  • Coach and guide team members and coordinate activities within the team.
  • Ensure high‑quality model documentation is developed and maintained, and support the model validation process.

The primary focus of this role is liability modelling. Further, depending on your skills and experience, you may also contribute to the development and enhancement of our Asset Liability Management Tool (ALMT).

What do we ask from you?

  • Experience with data management and database technologies, including cloud‑based analytics platforms such as Databricks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective model design and to propose smart modelling solutions.
  • Actuarial qualification (such as AG, IFoA etc.) is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative team player with a proactive and hands‑on attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ownership mentality with a strong sense of accountability and delivery focus.
  • Ability to drive change and create support for new ways of working.
  • Lead innovation and have a curious and continuous improvement mindset.
