• Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business.
• Regularly identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships.
• Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains professional relationships, promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player.

• Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage large pipelines well.
• Are an independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude.
• Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Have a working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
• Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC and DPA guideline.
