Procore seeks an International Tax Manager to lead our U.S. international tax efforts from a remote U.S. location or one of several U.S. offices.
The role requires managing BEPS Pillar Two, FDII/BEAT/GILTI, transfer pricing, and global compliance with internal stakeholders and external providers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of international U.S. corporate tax experience, a finance/accounting degree, and advanced credentials (CPA/Masters/JD) are a plus.
