Job Juncture invites applications for Head of Finance-US, a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY, with remote work two days per week. You will lead accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance for the U.S. operation and collaborate with the Group Finance Director in Europe.
You will oversee month-end close, cash flow forecasting, CAPEX tracking, and provide strategic financial insights to operations and leadership, driving process improvements and automation across finance systems.
