Responsible for conducting post‑close reviews of executed loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensures quality control of electronic records. Administers and maintains Commercial and Consumer loan tickler systems. Reviews and perfects collateral documentation. This role operates in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment that values both independent initiative and shared accountability within a high‑performing team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Perform post‑close reviews to ensure completion and accuracy of final loan documentation.
- Review electronic loan documents to ensure proper placement and readability; verify data input in the core system.
- Conduct second‑day checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Utilize tickler systems to assist lenders in obtaining lien perfection and maintaining complete loan documentation.
- Monitor and collect ongoing and outstanding collateral items (insurance, real estate taxes, title work, etc.).
- Produce and distribute reports related to documentation tracking and loan file status.
- Maintain organized and accurate loan files in accordance with bank procedures.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Reliable and predictable attendance; both onsite and remote work.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated experience within a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment. Expertise with FISERV banking system is preferred.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Effective planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday as an eight‑hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Minimal overtime is required.
TRAVELThis position occasionally requires local travel and there may be out‑of‑state travel, which may require overnight stays.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanning machine.
