Position Overview
rPlus Energies is seeking a Senior Counsel, Finance to serve as a key in‑house legal advisor on the financing of the Company's utility‑scale renewable energy and storage projects. This role will lead legal work streams across project finance, tax equity, corporate credit facilities, and related transactions. The position works closely with the Company's development, finance, and executive teams and also requires management of outside legal counsel.
Strong preference will be given to candidates available to be based in‑office at our Salt Lake City, Utah headquarters. Exceptional candidates may be considered for remote work. Occasional travel to project sites, banking partner offices, and outside counsel will be necessary (
