This full‑time Financial Advisor role is a hybrid position based in Braintree, MA, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and develop personalized strategies for financial planning, retirement planning, and investments. Daily responsibilities include providing ongoing financial advisory services, monitoring client portfolios, and adjusting strategies as needed to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
The role also involves educating clients on financial concepts, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to industry regulations and firm compliance standards. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams and participate in networking activities to build and maintain a strong client base within the community.
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to develop and implement tailored client strategies.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze markets, evaluate products, and construct diversified portfolios.
- Experience with Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long‑term income needs and risk management.
- Relevant professional licenses (e.g., FINRA securities registrations, state insurance licenses) or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to client‑centric service and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
