Digital And Consumer Banking Product Manager
The Digital and Consumer Banking Product Manager is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategies to drive digital banking adoption, cross-sell and client experience for Consumer products.
Job Responsibilities- Design and develop client-centric digital banking experiences that drive measurable revenue growth and reduce manual operating costs, increase cross-sales of existing and new banking products, and improves App Store ratings and NPS scores for existing digital banking products.
- Develop a clear product strategy, and roadmap covering the full product lifecycle and align it with the product lead and technical lead.
- Own the strategy and drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members, as well as through collaboration with stakeholders from other business lines, for example marketing, legal, compliance and internal technology teams.
- Partner with key support groups such as Business Intelligence, Finance, and Deposit Operations to develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Explore and research alternative/non-traditional product lines and fintech options with the potential to generate revenue and or deposit growth.
- Have a clear market overview and client insights to define product trends and to inform the product vision and strategy including specific product developments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consumer banking strategy, ideally with specific emphasis on checking products
- Experience vetting and integrating digital vendors with legacy platforms
- Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results and make meaningful & actionable recommendations
- Strong executive presence; communication skills and comfort interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision
- Team oriented, accountable, self-motivated, self-managed, and disciplined
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

Schedule:
