* Be responsible for risk analysis and assessment of complex business relationships and transactions.
* Act as a contact point for compliance issues and support client advisors in regulatory matters.
* Ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
* Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to front units and act as an advisory partner.
* Drive continuous improvement of processes and tasks.## Requirements
* Commercial diploma (EFZ) or higher business education, preferably in banking.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, particularly GmeR and TmeR.
* Fluent communication in German, preferably with knowledge of Swiss German.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Responsible, structured working style with inter-disciplinary thinking.## Benefits
