Alliance One Incorporated is seeking experienced remote debt collection professionals to contact consumers and resolve delinquent accounts. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, perform skip tracing, negotiate settlements, and handle your collection pipeline with timely follow-ups while maintaining FDCPA and FCRA compliance.
This role offers a base pay of $15–$20 per hour plus aggressive tiered commissions and compliance bonuses, along with benefits and a path to 401(k) after 90 days.
