Job Summary
Alliance One is seeking experienced remote debt collection professionals to connect with consumers and resolve delinquent purchased debt accounts. In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound calls, perform skip tracing to locate consumers, negotiate settlements and payment arrangements, and manage your collection pipeline with timely follow-ups. Success requires maintaining full compliance with the FDCPA, FCRA, and applicable state regulations while delivering professional, solution-focused customer interactions that maximize account recovery.

Location: Remote
Pay: Base ($15–$20/hr) + Aggressive Tiered Commission & Compliance Bonuses

- Perform high-volume outbound calls to debtors.
- Conduct skip tracing to locate consumers.
- Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements.
- Manage the collection pipeline with timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain full compliance with FDCPA, FCRA and applicable state regulations.
- Deliver professional, solution‑focused customer interactions to maximize account recovery.
- Minimum 2–3 years of third‑party collections experience, including at least 1 year working purchased paper, dormant judgments, or salvage debt.
- Proven track record of meeting target metrics in a work‑from‑home environment.
- Familiarity with auto‑dialers, CRM software and standard skip‑tracing platforms.

- Knowledge of personal loans and/or financial services is a strong plus.
