UKG is seeking a Financial Analyst to support monthly close processes, build and review financial reports, and deliver actionable insights. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive consistency in financial planning and reporting and to support strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in TM1/Anaplan and Power BI is a plus, with advanced Excel skills required. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a technology company and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting are preferred.
