In this dynamic role, you will leverage your 1 to 3 years of experience in the investment sector to support customers in their financial decisions. Your bilingual skills in French and English will enhance communication and trust with clients. Be the point of contact for new account onboarding and investment product inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage customer engagement for new accounts setup
• Provide tailored investment advice via phone
• Consult on Mutual Fund and Term investments
• Foster strong relationships with clients
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements in service delivery
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance
• Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
• Deep understanding of investment products and market
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Bilingual skills in French and English preferred
