First Citizens Bank is seeking a CF Portfolio Compliance Administrator to support the Sixty-First Commercial Finance JV with Sixth Street Partners. This remote role will monitor state licensing, Reg W, and other regulatory requirements, interfacing with regulators and outside counsel as needed.
You will assist underwriting, manage portfolio reporting, prepare data decks for ABS presentations, and support the JV CCO with compliance documentation and daily operations.
