Our Member Solutions Recovery Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the Member Solutions (collections) recovery team, ensuring that the team effectively handles overdue accounts and meets recovery targets, particularly relative to bankruptcies, repossessions, and legal work. This role involves managing Ambassador performance, enforcing compliance with industry regulations, and supporting continuous improvement within the Member Solutions department. Assists members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services.
Position RequirementsThis position requires a minimum of seven years’ experience in a Member Solutions (collections) department including working with bankruptcies and repossessions, as well as at least 3 years of supervisory experience. A degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of collection policies and procedures in addition to knowledge of federal and state regulations. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
