Operations & Accounting Assistant

Valkering Media is looking for a part-time Finance & Operations Assistant to support our growing business.

This is not a passive administrative role. You will play an active part in the day-to-day financial processes of the company and help improve the way we work.

You will support the financial and operational side of Valkering Media. Your tasks will include:

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handling banking and payments
• Preparing and checking payment batches for approval
• Creating financial overviews and reports
• Supporting tax-related processes
• Maintaining contact with the accountant and payroll administration
• Helping improve internal processes and tools
• Reporting to the Operations Manager

We are looking for someone who:

• Is accurate and reliable
• Takes ownership and works in a structured way
• Is proactive and eager to learn
• Feels comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
• Is at the start of their career or ready for a next step in finance and operations

• A flexible part-time position of 10 to 16 hours per week
