Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and conduct quality of earnings analysis

• Prepare detailed transaction documentation and analyses

• Oversee virtual data rooms for document efficiency

• Analyze target company information during due diligence

• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate the transaction lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA certification preferred or nearing completion

• 3-4 years of experience in M&A advisory
