Mutual of Omaha Mortgage seeks an experienced Underwriter to accurately evaluate HECM reverse mortgage loan files from retail and wholesale channels in line with FHA guidelines and company policy.
The role requires 4+ years in mortgage underwriting, FHA Direct Endorsement knowledge is preferred, and reverse mortgage experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree is preferred; strong MS Office skills and customer service mindset are essential.
