Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

Elevate your finance career with DLL as a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist! This role involves managing payments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

The position focuses on overseeing Lockbox, EFT/Wire, and Pre-authorized Payments, working closely with a skilled team of six colleagues.

Your role will include achieving KPIs while fostering positive relationships with internal customers, ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post Lockbox/Cheque payments accurately and timely

• Code and apply EFT/Wire payments daily

• Handle Pre-authorized Payments and adjustments

• Maintain adherence to internal controls and policies

• Support team efforts during high-demand periods

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

• Strong focus on detail and keying accuracy

• Experience in finance or operations is beneficial

• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
