Position Overview

We are looking for foreign exchange traders to join our proprietary firm. You will trade the global currency markets with firm capital, analyzing economic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events to execute forex strategies with structured risk management and professional support.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

• Execute forex and crypto trades using firm capital and a documented trading plan
• Synthesize macro data, central bank guidance, and intermarket signals into actionable views
• Apply technical frameworks — trend, mean reversion, or breakout — consistent with your edge
• Manage open positions through partials, trailing stops, and disciplined exit rules
• Maintain a structured trade journal to drive continuous improvement in your process
• Participate in optional trader collaboration channels to broaden perspective

• 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading
• Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics
• Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection
• Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus

• 1099 independent contractor with no W-2 employment relationship or fixed hours
• Profit-based compensation from 60% to 90%, with no cap on total earnings
• Initial firm capital up to $50,000, with documented scaling toward $500,000+
