About the Role:
Are you a proactive problem-solver who excels at balancing analytical thinking with exceptional communication? We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team. In this vital consulting role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive proactive collection efforts, and resolve complex customer issues. This position requires excellent organizational skills, time management, and critical thinking to maintain high-level internal partnerships while ensuring our customer relationships remain solid, productive, and valued.
You Have
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas:
Customer Experience analytics - Credit & Collections analytics
- Financial or operational reporting
- Business or data analytics in a complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience creating recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership.
- Hands‑on experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams, including Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Finance, or Sales.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Prioritize portfolios to maximize collections, secure timely remittances, and resolve past‑due invoices.
- Identify account risks, analyze AR trends, and monitor delinquency indicators.
- Perform routine daily reviews and releases of sales orders.
- Investigate and resolve account errors, billing/pricing discrepancies, cylinder assets, and cash applications from initiation to final resolution.
- Research complex account issues to thoroughly understand underlying data and trends.
- Maintain quality relationships with branch, account, district, and national managers to support collection efforts without impairing customer relations.
- Recognize significant credit risks and proactively elevate critical matters to the AR Supervisor and collections management.
- Maintain meticulous, organized records of all communications and follow‑up actions.
- Take extreme ownership of account maintenance, including handling undeliverable mail and updating details.
