This will be a hybrid role on-site 3x a week minimum but:
This role can sit in NYC (1 NYP), Jersey City, or Purchase

" Trust account openings and Early Lockup support
" Temp staffing of dedicated support center
" Private share lending

Daily responsibilities:
Supporting our Executive Financial Services home office team and operations around our restricted in street name product.
Working with Financial advisors on answering client questions and assisting them with EFS transactions
Liaising with capital markets and stock lending team on outstanding settlement on large transactions
Provide support to our 10b5-1 team as needed
Provide support to MSAW ISE and Stock plan teams as needed to support IPO clients.
Managing manual processes associated with opening and monitoring trust account activities [s]and private share lending[/s] related to current stock plan employees. Resources will be responsible for implementing and following MS procedures and interfacing with clients on an as needed basis.
