Position: Financial Controller for Major Projects
Join Kiewit as a Project Finance Controller supporting major projects ranging from $1 million to $4 billion. Engage in leadership and financial analysis that drives impactful decision-making.

In this full-time role with the Eastern Canada District, you will manage critical financial functions for large-scale transportation projects. Your responsibilities will involve developing team members, building trust with senior management, and delivering accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate financial project results effectively

• Establish trust and credibility within Operations teams

• Understand financial reporting impacts across the organization

• Manage responsibilities between project and home office departments

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and positive change

Requirements:

• 5 years of financial/data analysis experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong knowledge of accounting practices and tools

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Managerial experience in construction or engineering preferred
