The Wealth Management Division of the firm is to provide a fully comprehensive set of services to our clients including:
Financial & Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Portfolio Management, Investment Manager Selection & Oversight, Cash Flow Management, Legacy & Family Coordination, Retirement Planning and Advisor Coordination.
The Financial Advisor will be an experienced and passionate Certified Financial Planner who will join our holistic advisory team responsible for growing their own book of business, the overall satisfaction of the firm’s wealth management clients, building out centers of influence and close wealth management leads brought in from our legacy individual and corporate client prospecting activities.
Advisory responsibilities:- Transition over book of business in the first 90 – 120 days of hire
- Deliver best in class customer service to clients
- Work with a fiercely independent and holistic team of advisors
- Create and deliver financial plans
- Provide portfolio management and investment manager selection & oversight
- Aid clients with cash flow management
- Advise clients on tax planning, asset protection, retirement planning & readiness, distribution, charitable giving and estate planning strategies
- Build out centers of influence to refer in business
- Close wealth management leads brought in from company wide prosecting efforts
- Proactively find ways to improve department’s overall efficiency and service
- 5+ years of experience advising high net worth clients
- Strong track record of building their own book of business and generating new clients for their firm
- Having an existing book of business of $10M – $20M plus that is transferrable
- Strong knowledge of overall wealth management, investments, financial planning techniques, tax strategies, and estate planning solutions
- A self‑starter that thrives on the opportunity to work in a growing, boutique firm and assist with developing systems, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with Fidelity, SEI, Pershing, NetX
360, eMoney, Money Guide Pro or other wealth software - Familiarity with the Office 365 and Sales Force environment

This role will be a hybrid work from home and in office role in our Newton, MA location. We believe in the efficiencies of the work from home model as well as the team building, learning and camaraderie you get with the in‑office experience.
