** About the Role**

The Senior Risk & Controls Analyst provides specialized business governance and control testing support. In this role, you will own the Operational Risk Management (ORM) controls testing cycle from start to finish, ensuring that active controls are effectively mitigating risk.

** Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

* ** End-to-End Testing:
** Own the lifecycle of multiple concurrent tests, specifically conducting Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing.

* ** Stakeholder

Collaboration:

** Conduct walkthroughs, send attestations, gather/test evidence, and document findings.

* ** Relationship Management:
** Work closely with internal Lines of Business (LOB) daily. Deliver and communicate control deficiencies professionally, constructively, and with "finesse".

* ** SLA & Deadline Adherence:
** Manage testing cycles (running approximately 3 months) to meet critical internal SLA milestones.

* ** Knowledge Sharing:
** Actively participate in team knowledge transfers, share best practices, and support a collaborative 10-person team environment.

** Strong background in Audit, Compliance, or Risk & Controls.

** Proven experience executing walkthroughs and documenting control environments.

* ** Prioritization:
** Exceptional ability to manage multiple testing engagements with competing deadlines.

* ** Communication & Finesse:
** High-caliber verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

* ** Adaptability:
** Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with evolving systems and processes.

* Prior experience in Banking, Lending, or Financial Services.
