This role will remain open for 30 days, beginning 06-Jul-2026. We are seeking a financial advisor to build and grow a client base, supported by a branch, regional, and home‑office team.

- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan.
- Create a highly engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience in securities or financial services.
- Financial services and/or sales experience.
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
- Professional and/or military career progression.
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 will be required; registrations may be obtained during an assigned paid study period if not already registered.
- FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
- Ongoing training and CE requirements must be maintained to keep licenses in good standing.

Compensation includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets during the first five years.
Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 – $100,000.
