As an Analyst or Associate in our Digital Infrastructure team, you’ll play an important role in executing and managing transactions across Europe, with a focus on data centers and fiber networks.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead and support deal execution, including drafting transaction proposals, financial modeling, and coordinating internal approvals.
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for existing clients.
Monitor transaction performance and contribute to active portfolio management.
Conduct in‑depth company and sector analysis, with a focus on digital infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, KYC, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Actively contribute to team development and collaboration, sharing insights and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
You’ll join a close‑knit team of 22 professionals based in The Hague and London. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative culture, and sector expertise. Our team operates across Europe, focusing on high‑impact infrastructure projects.

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, finance, business, law, or technology).
0–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking, private equity, corporate finance, or infrastructure.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Commercial understanding, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
