As the Director of Corporate Development, you will lead end-to-end M&A transactions while applying your deep expertise in financial modeling and deal sourcing. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships and developing actionable strategies that drive portfolio success while supporting iconic brands through their transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships that enhance deal sourcing opportunities

• Lead acquisition transactions from initial discussions to closures

• Prepare investment analysis and committee presentation materials

• Direct due diligence efforts across finance, legal, and operations

• Engage with portfolio companies to create value generation plans

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in private equity or strategy consulting

• Proven results with significant transactions closed

• Advanced skills in financial modeling and risk analysis

• Strong engagement skills with C-level executives

• Open to travel as part of the role
