Director Individual UL Valuation

Position: Director Individual UL Valuation Hybrid Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Drive financial excellence with Equitable as the Director of Individual UL and Non-Par Valuation. This hybrid role focuses on analytical insights and stakeholder collaboration.

You will oversee valuation processes, manage quarterly financial reporting, and develop a strategic business plan for products. Present findings to top executives while enhancing internal systems and processes. This is an opportunity to make significant contributions to financial decisions and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly valuations of UL and Non-Par policies

• Present financial insights to key stakeholders and executives

• Provide support for income and reserve analyses

• Ensure compliance with OSFI and regulatory standards

• Assist in pricing analysis for insurance products

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science

• Mandatory FSA, FCIA and IFRS 17 knowledge

• Proficient in valuation systems like AXIS, SQL

• Strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities

• Background in stochastic modeling is a plus
