Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with commission-related queries

• Verify advisor licensing and manage record changes

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless workflow

• Process necessary transactions in relevant systems

• Use Excel for accurate commission reconciliations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• Minimum two years’ experience in collections or commissions

• Excellent customer service and analytical skills

• High level of detail and accuracy in tasks

• Proficient organizational skills with deadline management
