This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee key financial processes during an exciting growth phase. You will ensure compliance, accurate Canadian financial reporting, and build a high-performing team.
Your role combines operational excellence with innovations in financial technology to optimize reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of all financial statements and reporting
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
• Drive improvements in financial systems and technology adoption
Requirements:
• CPA designation with knowledge of Canadian standards
• 10+ years finance experience, 5+ in leadership
• Proven record in team building and management
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills
• Experience in fintech or SaaS preferred
