Become a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, fully remote, within a prominent insurance organization. Use your analytical skills to influence important business decisions through detailed performance assessments.
This permanent position is designed for professionals with over five years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, seeking to make a difference in a modern business environment. You will partner closely with operations and underwriting personnel while automating processes to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations and variance analysis
• Partner as a financial advisor to business units
• Build robust forecasting and budgeting plans
• Standardize and automate reporting practices
• Deliver insights and performance metrics to the board
Requirements:
• CPA required (preferably CA or CMA)
• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles
• Experience at a Big Four firm is beneficial
• Strong skills in financial modeling and interpretation
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse sales-focused teams
