Position: Canadian Tax Specialist Hybrid Role
Join Cogeco Communications Inc. as a Canadian Tax Specialist in Montreal with hybrid work options. This role emphasizes managing tax compliance and implementing efficient tax strategies across the organization.

As a Tax Specialist, you will oversee tax provisions, prepare Canadian tax returns, and support tax planning efforts for corporate reorganizations. With a focus on continuous process improvement, your experience of 5 to 7 years in tax will be instrumental in managing audits and collaborating on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax documentation for quarterly and annual provisions

• Develop timely and accurate transfer pricing documentation

• Oversee tax audits and proactively identify risks

• Support tax structuring and planning for group entities

• Collaborate on special projects for process enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Taxation or equivalent

• 5 to 7 years of Canadian tax experience

• Detailed knowledge of Canadian tax laws

• Experience with Tax Prep and related tools

• Bilingual (English and French) essential
