Position: FP&A Manager Contract - Hybrid Role

This role supports a private equity-backed manufacturer in enhancing its FP&A framework during an active build phase. Here, you will tackle operational challenges and translate them into clear financial strategies, working closely with both analysts and senior leadership. Your expertise will be crucial in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability assessments to facilitate crucial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address operational and financial discrepancies effectively

• Implement cross-functional improvements and engage key stakeholders

• Manage the overall budgeting and forecasting process

• Conduct profitability analysis across diverse product lines

• Mentor analysts in advanced financial methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience focused on manufacturing

• Required CPA or CA certification for financial insights

• Strong grasp of BOMs and standard costing principles

• Ability to influence senior leadership on critical matters

• Familiarity with S&OP processes and Lean principles preferred
