nesto is expanding its team of Mortgage Underwriters to support a growing number of applications through its innovative Mortgage Cloud platform. This role caters to high-net-worth and self-employed clients who often present more complex lending scenarios. Your skills in document review, risk assessment, and file management will ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite residential mortgage applications efficiently

• Review credit reports and income verification documents

• Maintain organized and accurate loan files

• Resolve issues with lending partners promptly

• Provide exceptional support to Mortgage Advisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience

• Experience with high-net-worth and BFS borrowers

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Interest in enhancing the mortgage customer journey

• Bilingualism is a plus, especially for Quebec files
