We are hiring digital asset traders to join our proprietary trading firm. You will trade cryptocurrencies and related markets using firm-allocated capital, applying market analysis and disciplined risk management to capitalize on volatility in the digital asset space.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

• Trade major and cross currency pairs across the London, New York, and Asian sessions
• Build a macro-aware market view using rate differentials, growth data, and risk sentiment
• Use technical levels and price-action confirmation to time precise entries and exits
• Maintain strict position sizing and leverage discipline appropriate to FX volatility
• Track and review every trade with attention to expectancy, win rate, and slippage
• Engage with peer traders to stress-test theses and refine market views

• Minimum two years of active trading in options, forex, or related instruments
• Strong grasp of market structure, liquidity, and order flow fundamentals
• Proven discipline in risk management and adherence to a trading plan
• Self‑motivated learner with an interest in long‑term performance improvement
• Functional home office setup with stable broadband connectivity
• Familiarity with platforms such as Trading View, Think Or Swim , or Meta Trader is a plus

• Work as an independent contractor (1099) with full schedule flexibility
• Keep 60–90% of your trading profits with increasing splits at higher levels
• Trade with firm capital starting at up to $50,000, with scaling potential to $500,000+
• 100% remote — trade from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
• Eligible for capital increases every two months as you demonstrate consistency
• Compensation is entirely performance-based, giving you direct control over your earnings
