Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS

Job Summary

Our branch banking team welcomes Customer Experience Bankers who serve as financial concierges for walk‑in customers. The role focuses on retaining and growing both consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and offering appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products. The candidate will process transactions accurately and efficiently while educating customers on bank products, services and technology.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, including new customer follow‑up, outbound calling and sourcing referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and strengthen partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role; or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check required, including fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.

• 1 year or more experience in customer service within banking, financial services or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Work location is primarily office; certain positions may allow a flexible work arrangement that mixes in‑office and remote work. This role does not qualify as exempt; overtime pay is applicable. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; the company does not sponsor immigration benefits.
