Neighbor Works Capital is seeking a Senior Loan Officer or Loan Officer to develop and maintain lending relationships with affordable housing developers across the Neighbor Works America network. You will underwrite, structure, and secure loan approvals while meeting production goals and adhering to lending policies.
The position is fully remote but requires travel to Neighbor Works Capital’s office in Silver Spring, MD for meetings, client visits, and industry events as applicable.
