The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. Support& Development

- Delivering exceptional personalized service: Ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Annual business planning: Take an active role in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Client listening: Identify situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Marketing activities: Plan and execute events.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; open accounts, handle transfers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Independently schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes with updated SOPs.
- Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.

Edward Jones offers a competitive base salary accompanied by discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance. Merit‑based salary increases are available as you progress in the BOA role.
