Job Description
This role provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs). It supports enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy, customizing solutions based on each advisor's specific needs while serving as the primary point of contact to address all client service requirements.
Responsibilities- Provides excellent client service by educating clients on all of the bank's services and banking offerings.
- Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client and FA requests.
- Assists in ensuring practices align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting banking in clients’ day‑to‑day practices, and communicates outcomes to the FA.
- Supports day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand, while leading with a client‑first mindset.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
66 (Series
63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66). - Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.
- Is a self‑starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results.
- Demonstrates a client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Minimum education requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours per week: 37.5
CompensationHourly pay range: $26.50 – $45.00 (determined by experience, education, and skill set). This role is eligible for a discretionary incentive plan based on overall individual performance and contribution to the company.
