Sr. Operations - Billing & Pricing Analyst

This role is part of the Pricing and Portfolio Management team and will own customer billing, third‑party AR and AP invoicing, as well as analytical projects and processes that optimize the portfolio management financial outcomes across Key Merchant Services and Embedded Banking products. The analyst will navigate between individual analytical tasks and collaborative project management, partnering with internal and external stakeholders across a large organization.

• Maintain ownership, project management, and execution of payments to third‑party partners, including reconciliation analysis, on‑time payment submission, and status tracking of invoices.
• Project‑manage billing integrity efforts in KMS and Embedded Banking teams.
• Support Portfolio Management leadership, product owners, sales leaders, and account managers.
• Extract insights and develop complex analysis and tools for the line of business.
• Support pricing and revenue management, including product pricing, portfolio segmentation, and pricing actions.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in business, financial, payments, or similar analysis.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
• Advanced or working knowledge of SQL or Access Database.

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Office products and financial spreadsheets.
• Previous experience with merchant services, acquiring, interchange, or payments.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on location and job‑related factors. Compensation also includes eligibility for short‑term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

This role may be mobile or home‑based. Employees can work primarily either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform job duties.
